3. Donations and Sponsorship

Donation and sponsorship expressions of interest submitted through this website do not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed in writing by the Foundation. Section 18A tax certificates are issued for qualifying donations in accordance with South African tax legislation.

4. Applications

Bursary and sponsorship applications are subject to eligibility criteria and verification. Submission of an application does not guarantee funding. The Foundation reserves the right to request supporting documentation.

All content, logos, images, and materials on this website are the property of Nwakhada Foundation unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
